Families Forward & St Mark’s Children’s Home
Families Forward & St Mark’s Children’s Home commissioned See Change Films to conduct film, photography and music training for families and young people leaving care.
Under the name, Image-in Productions these groups produced three documentary films, composed soundtracks for them and created a photographic exhibition.
“This programme is the most powerful direct piece of work that I have come across in my career”
Letitia Bradley, Manager Early Help Service and Families Forward (Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea).
Following on from the success of our previous training course with Families Forward, we were commissioned to create three integrated courses in film, photography and music production for families and young people leaving care. Over three months, the film trainees produced three documentaries about food and culture, parkour and gangs. The music production trainees produced the music for the films and the photography trainees created a photographic exhibition that captured the journey of the participants on the course.
