Bounce Back documents how, with the right support, ex-offenders can turn their lives around through employment.
This film aims to show that with the right support ex-offenders can turn their lives around through employment.
A job reduces re-offending by 50% saving the taxpayer £50,000 per person, per year yet 60% of employers continue to overlook people with a criminal record. Bounce Back is a charity which seeks to break down stereotypes surrounding ex-offenders and help them rebuild their lives after release in a positive way.
In this documentary we meet Clint, Weldeab and Matthew who, with the support of Bounce Back, have rebuilt their lives since their release from prison. This film explores their involvement with crime, their time in prison and highlights the difference employment can make to the lives of ex-offenders and their families when they are released.
